Personal Grants to Pay Off Debts
The Federal Government is in debt 12 trillion dollars. I don't think it is likely they are going to give you some free money to pay off your credit card bills.
There are some special programs to help you pay off debts, but they involve you doing something that makes sense. For example, a person with student loan debt can have some or all of the loan forgiven with by taking jobs in inner city schools or joining the peace core. The grants aren't really free. What you are really doing is working for less money or in a less desirable area to get the reward of your loan paid off.
If you are crazy, you can pay for a list of personal grants. The list is available for free from government agencies, but some people hype the stuff up until you think anyone can get some free money. Then, when they send you the list, you will realize that you don't qualify for anything and that the things you do qualify for you already know about because it is the area of your expertise.
Maybe you should apply for the perpetual debt relief grant. You can get in as much debt as you want and the government will pay it down for you, forever. To be eligible, you must be in a vegetative state without gender.
